Papa Murphy’s Midwest is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee store operations for the assigned shift. You will manage staff, ensure guest service and product quality, and follow Operations Manual guidelines.

Responsibilities include staff training, shift paperwork, cash handling, and adherence to food safety standards, labor laws and safety procedures. Prior QSR/cashier experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• At least six months experience in a QSR environment.
• Previous experience at cashier, counter and prep positions.
• Basic math skills and effective communication required.

Aufgaben

• Be in proper uniform and ready to take responsibility of shift at the assigned time.
• Proficient at the Counter, Prep and Cashier positions.
• Ensure all team members are in uniform, clocked in, and at assigned positions.
• Conduct a walk-through of the store to ensure readiness using pre-rush checklist.
• Supervise and work with staff to ensure guest service and product quality as per Operations Manual.
• Ensure cash handling is correct and funds are secure.
• Operate according to food handling, sanitation, safety and security guidelines.
• Adhere to labor guidelines and labor laws, including schedules and breaks.
• Complete opening/closing/change of shift duties with checklists.
• Maintain shift and daily paperwork using the POS system.
• Ensure adequate prepped crusts are available.
• Supervise sale of pre-made pizzas to meet timing requirements.
• Maintain adequate prep for shift business; arrange alternatives when needed.
• Communicate shift problems to supervisor and resolve scheduling or shortages.
• Handle emergencies, guest complaints, equipment issues, or team problems per procedures.
• Train and develop team members on assigned shift per supervisor instructions.
• Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor.
