Job summary

Papa Murphy’s Midwest is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage the assigned store shift, ensuring operations run smoothly and guest satisfaction. You will supervise team members, maintain food safety and sanitation, and uphold company procedures for inventory, cash handling, and shift duties.

Experience in QSR and cashier roles is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is acceptable; reliable attendance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a QSR environment.
• Previous experience at cashier, counter and prep positions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations for the assigned shift.
• Ensure all team members are in uniform, clocked in and in position on time.
• Perform a walk-through of the store to ensure readiness (clean, stocked, etc.).
• Supervise staff to ensure guest service and product quality as per Operations Manual.
• Ensure cash handling is accurate and funds are secure.
• Train and develop team members on the shift as directed by the supervisor.
• Address emergencies, guest complaints, equipment problems, or staff issues per procedures.
