Job summary

Toppers Pizza in Cincinnati is seeking Team Members to join an energetic, guest-focused team. You will help deliver amazing experiences to customers and fellow Team Members with a flexible schedule across 7 days a week.

Base pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour for part-time, non-exempt work. Applicants must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposit
