Toppers Pizza in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Team Member to join a leadership-oriented crew. You’ll help deliver amazing customer experiences while supporting daily operations and ensuring quality standards.

Open 7 days a week with shifts starting as early as 9:30am and extending to 5:00am. Flexible schedules and opportunities to grow within the team are offered. Join us and become part of our vibrant pizza team.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs.
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes.
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks.
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposit.
