Overview

Toppers Pizza is looking for outgoing, friendly people with a great smile and reliable work ethic to become a daytime shift leader. This position is key to setting up the store for success. We make our dough fresh, so being able to lift up to 50 lbs is necessary. The right candidate will bring energy, be willing to learn quickly, and have good time management skills. Pay is incremental based on skills and how fast you learn. The role may lead to a permanent full-time position for a great fit and opportunities to move into management roles.

Responsibilities

• Complete all daily prep work and operate basic stations including pizza making, customer service, oven tending, and prep.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to serve customers quickly during lunch rushes.
• Be trained to run shifts and, eventually, open the store on your own.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive attitude.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work; ability to deliver if necessary is a plus.
• Ability to work with urgency and efficiency and manage time effectively.
• Quick learner with motivation to advance; several management levels are available for leaders.
• Must be able to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in customer service, pizza making, cashier, restaurant crew, or other part-time restaurant roles is not required but preferred.
