Job summary

Toppers Pizza in Milwaukee, WI is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join a leadership‑driven team and help us deliver AMAZING experiences to our customers and fellow Team Members every day.

You will assign daily duties, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality, assist delivery drivers with routes, balance cash draws and deposits, and train new Team Members while upholding Toppers policies with a positive, friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposit
