Job summary

Ian's Pizza Milwaukee is seeking a pizza cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. From hand-stretching dough to topping and baking, we'll teach you everything you need to cook up one heck of a pizza pie while keeping the station clean and stocked. No experience required, though prior line cook or pizza-making helps.

Part-time or full-time hours available. Wage starts at $17.50–$21/hour with tips and bonuses; benefits include health/dental, PTO, retirement match, and free pizza.

About The Role

Impress your friends and family with your pizza-making skills! From hand-stretching dough to topping and baking, we'll teach you everything you need to cook up one heck of a pizza pie. You'll also keep your area clean and well-stocked, work with the team to complete shift checklists, and you'll pitch in where needed to keep the kitchen and restaurant running smoothly.

No experience required, though previous line cook, dough-stretching, or pizza-making experience is a huge plus! We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for promotion.

Job Requirements

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

• Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
• Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
• Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.
• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably with team and customers.

Pizza Cook Scheduling

East Side is open Sunday-Thursday 11AM-Midnight, Friday & Saturday 11AM-2:30AM. Typical shift times include lunches (9:30am/10:30am-5:30pm/6:30pm), non-closing dinners (4pm-11pm), weekday closes (5:30pm-1:30am), and weekend late night closes (10/11pm-4am).

One late night shift per week is required; late night shifts are Friday or Saturday from 10pm or 11pm-4am.

Ideal candidates are available for weekday and weekend closing shifts.

Part-time or full-time hours are available.
