Job summary

MOD Pizza is seeking a Crew Member to deliver fast, friendly service and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. You’ll help prepare pizzas and salads, follow MOD standards for quality and food safety, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy store environment.

You’ll join the Field Operations-Store team and support collaboration with teammates while upholding MOD’s culture of hospitality and inclusion. Prioritize guest experience and outstanding teamwork.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but ability to learn and follow processes.
• Must be 16+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification within 30 days of start date or as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, quality execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards in MOD resources.
• Keep the store clean, organized and welcoming for guests.
• Arrive on time in MOD dress code and deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Demonstrate friendly, accurate and fast hospitality on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge to support team success and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests to build rapport and memorable MOD experiences.
• Maintain quality standards during busy shifts and have fun with the squad.
