Qualifications

• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates.
• You are at least 16 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date or as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as defined in MOD resources.
• Keep the store clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up on time in MOD dress code and deliver an excellent MOD experience.
• Demonstrate hospitality fundamentals on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with teammates to support store and squad success.
• Engage guests and build rapport during their visit.
• Maintain quality standards during busy shifts.
• Work with teammates to create the MOD experience.
