Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in restaurant or customer service and 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and direct others.

Responsibilities

• Direct team members and delegate responsibilities.
• Perform register closeouts and bank deposits.
• Open and/or close store and manage related duties.
• Forecast sales, schedule associates, and manage payroll based on business patterns.
• Own the financial and guest satisfaction performance and report timely.
