Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation seeks a General Manager to lead a fast-casual dining team, with decisive leadership across food, beverage, training and service. You will hire, train, and motivate a diverse staff, while maintaining high hospitality standards and brand integrity.

The role requires 5+ years of GM experience with full P&L accountability and a knack for community marketing. Night shifts until 1–3 am are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have substantial GM experience (5+ years) in mid-high-volume fast casual to casual dining.
• GM role with full P&L responsibility and proven success.
• Cultivates hospitality, quality, and engaging team culture.
• Night-owl availability for late closing shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with decisive hospitality leadership and shift management.
• Hire, train, and motivate pizza slayers, kitchen staff, cashiers, and drivers.
• Ensure highest quality food and beverage with brand standards.
• Drive local marketing and social media to grow the business.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent systems and processes.
