Domino's Pizza in Florida is seeking a Production Associate for the Supply Chain Production area. Shift runs from 12:00PM to 12:00AM, 3–4 days per week with flexibility.

The role involves dough preparation, batch processing, and equipment monitoring to ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced plant environment. The position offers an hourly rate of $20, potential overtime, and a 2% annual team achievement dividend bonus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsabilidades

• Determine correct batch recipe to gather, measure and mix ingredients.
• Record batch data and maintain proofing library.
• Achieve and maintain dough certification.
• Metal detector checkups, and dough temperature, monitoring document accordingly.
• Change dough ball sizes on Vemag.
• Check sifter tailings timely and recording findings.
• Report any irregularities to Supervisor and Manager.
• Monitor all equipment and intervene via HMI when needed.
• Troubleshoot automated equipment, such as stacker, dolly loader, and/or tray buffer.
• Monitor dough temperature and metal detector check.
• Organize dough according to size inside the dough cooler.
• Ensure all print is of good quality on trays.
• Loads trays onto conveyor for cleaning.
• Monitor gauges and settings to ensure water pressure, temperature, and detergent levels meet standards; record findings.
• Conduct titration and/or chemical testing on tray washer equipment; perform interventions using an HMI.
