Domino's Pizza is hiring a Production Associate to participate in the end-to-end dough making process at the Saint Peters facility. You will rotate through dough making, placing, tray washing, and stacking tasks, while ensuring cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will be trained to work in the warehouse or sanitation areas as needed and must meet safety and quality standards in refrigerated conditions. Weekend coverage is required with rotating days off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.
• Must successfully pass a preemployment background check.

Responsabilités

• Determine correct batch recipe to gather, measure and mix ingredients; ensure dough is delivered into rounder.
• Record batch data and maintain proofing library.
• Achieve and maintain dough certification.
• Perform metal detector checks and monitor dough temperature; document results.
• Adjust dough sizes on equipment as needed (divider, metal detector, JLS, ink jet).
• Check sifter tailings and record findings.
• Report any irregularities to Supervisor and Manager.
• Monitor all equipment in dough cooler and staging areas; intervene when needed.
