Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manufacture pizza dough, including mixing, placing, and stacking.
• Rotate between dough maker, placer, and stacker.
• Operate, monitor, and clean dough processing equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate production records and manage inventory of materials.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in cross-training for warehouse or sanitation duties as needed.
