Job summary

Domino's Pizza Supply Chain Center is hiring a Production Sanitation Associate to participate in dough processing and sanitation within the distribution center. You will rotate through dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker roles during shifts.

Responsibilities include cleaning production equipment, maintaining batch data, and ensuring dough quality and temperature controls. Must be available for 5-day shifts Sunday-Thursday and a 12 PM - 8:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Determine batch recipes, measure ingredients, and mix dough.
• Record batch data and maintain proofing library.
• Achieve and maintain dough certification.
• Monitor dough temperature and metal detector checks; document results.
• Change dough sizes on equipment as needed; ensure proper packaging.
• Monitor sifter tailings and report irregularities to supervisor.
