The job requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a refrigerated environment. Compensation is $20.50 per hour, with a rotating 5-day shift including weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine batch recipes, measure ingredients and deliver dough to the rounder.
• Record batch data and maintain proofing library.
• Achieve and maintain dough certification.
• Monitor metal detectors and dough temperature; record results.
• Adjust dough sizes on divider and related equipment as needed.
• Check sifter tailings and record findings; report irregularities.
• Assist in dough cooler, staging for shipment, and tray wash areas.
