Job summary

Papa Murphy’s Midwest is seeking team members to handle counter service and pizza preparation. You will follow portion charts, assist guests, and ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Previous fast-food experience is helpful, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must read, speak, and communicate effectively at the work location.
• Basic math skills required.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to build positive relationships with supervisors, coworkers and guests.
• Physical capability to bend, move, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to clean tables and equipment and maintain stock.

Responsibilities

• Be in uniform at the workstation on time.
• Work all counter stations and follow procedure times.
• Read and understand guest checks and process orders accurately.
• Wrap pizzas properly and communicate orders to guests.
• Greet guests, thank them, and provide baking instructions.
• Ensure orders are delivered within service time goals.
• Assist guests with carrying pizzas to their car or opening doors.
• Keep assigned area neat, clean and stocked.
• Follow sanitation and food-handling procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
