Job summary

Papa Murphy’s Midwest is seeking a Pizza Prep Person responsible for counter duties and making pizzas to standard procedures. You will interact with guests, wrap pizzas, and maintain cleanliness and stock while following safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, good math and communication skills, and the ability to work at pace in a team environment. Training emphasizes sanitation and friendly guest service.

Qualifications

• Reads, speaks, writes clearly at the work location.
• Basic math skills required for handling orders and money.
• Maintains reasonable attendance and arrives on time.
• Able to interact professionally with guests and co-workers.
• Follows sanitation and food-safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Be in full uniform at the workstation and on time.
• Work all counter stations in either scramble or station system.
• Read and use proper guest check procedures.
• Make pizzas following portion charts and procedures within standard times.
• Interact with guests and wrap pizzas properly.
• Provide baking instructions and thank guests after orders.
• Meet the 6-minute door-to-door service time.
• Assist guests with carrying pizzas to their car and hold doors as needed.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and stocked.
• Perform opening/closing duties and other tasks as directed by supervisor.
• May perform duties of a cashier or prep person as needed.
