Qualifications

• Prior experience making pizza is required.
• Ability to follow recipes and production sheets.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and prep requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items per production sheets with established quantities.
• Follow daily production worksheets and waste logs, and taste for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date all food items per policy; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short prep time.
• Serve customers efficiently and with a friendly manner.
• Sort and serve from steam tables and grills at multiple stations.
