Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Pizza Cook positions at our Buffalo campus location. The role requires prior pizza cooking experience, standing for long hours, and ability to work in a hot environment.

You will prepare pizzas and other meals following recipes, maintain HACCP standards, ensure quality and safety, and support kitchen operations with teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience cooking and making pizza is required.
• Position may require standing for long hours and working in a hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring proper serving temperatures.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
