Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Parma, OH is seeking an Inside Team Member to help keep our operation running smoothly—greeting guests, taking orders, and crafting high-quality pizzas to deliver exceptional experiences.

If you’re energetic and dependable, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll perform tasks from dough and ingredient prep to assembling pizzas, handling calls, online and in-person orders, and keeping the area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand for extended periods up to 10 hours.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items.
• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
