Job summary

OTTO is seeking a Cook/Kitchen team member to prepare and direct the preparation of food while adhering to sanitation, health, safety and hygiene standards. You will use grills and ovens, plan production to align with service hours, and maintain clean work areas. Evening and weekend availability is a must; pizza experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or directs preparation of food using established procedures.
• Determines amount and type of food and supplies required for production.
• Ensures availability of supplies for approved substitutions in time for prep.
• Safely uses grills and ovens to prepare menu items.
• Maintains daily production records and a clean work area.
• Reports equipment maintenance needs to supervisor.
