Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Denver, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor to assist the Production Manager in coordinating dough production and supervising associates. You will train new team members, ensure food safety, and uphold GMP standards while maintaining consistent dough quality.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM with a compensation range of $70,000–$80,000 annually plus up to 10% company bonus, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience, preferably bakery manufacturing.
• 2+ years of documented supervisory experience.
• Food certification and/or bakery experience preferred.
• HAACP certified preferred.
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation, be on call, including carrying an emergency cell phone as needed
• Must pass pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in all production operations following company standards.
• Recruit and interview new team members.
• Lead the production team in the manager's absence.
• Ensure proper training on dough production, proofing, and temperature checks.
• Monitor dough quality and correct weights; maintain safety and hygiene.
• Prepare daily production reports and key indicators.
