Job summary

Jack’s Pizza in Indianapolis is hiring Delivery Drivers to bring hot pizzas to customers on time. You’ll be responsible for food transportation, meeting delivery promises, and providing friendly, reliable service.

Cross-trained in store operations, you’ll help with answering phones, preparing food, cleaning, and other tasks as needed. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Fired up to handle day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced work environment that may be stressful at times.
• Ability to accomplish tasks and build customer loyalty with minimal supervision.
• Reliable vehicle; must possess and maintain valid driver’s license/auto insurance.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude under pressure and be honest and punctual.
• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Good listening and oral communication skills.
• May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly and enthusiastically.
• Be time sensitive to the promise times to customers and meet or beat them.
• Maintain presentation of your vehicle and wear the required uniform.
• Manage time on the road and in the store to reduce customer wait times.
• Create a positive rapport with customers on phones, in-store and at their homes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Understand and embody the mission: We Take Your Pizza Personally.
• Greet customers, take orders and prepare the meal.
• Provide excellent service, treating customers with respect and courtesy.
• Work as part of a team to attain high standards.
• Ensure order accuracy and completion.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures/safety precautions.
