Job summary

RPM Pizza in Indianapolis is looking for delivery drivers to join our team part-time. You’ll take orders, deliver hot pizzas, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and good communication. We offer flexible schedules, employee discounts, medical/dental/vision benefits for eligible teammates, plus 401(k) and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
