This role supports in-store operations as needed. Requirements include being 18+, reliable vehicle with insurance and a valid license, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment that may be stressful at times.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Honest, punctual and able to provide excellent customer service.
• Enjoy interacting with people and good listening skills.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly and enthusiastically.
• Be time-conscious to meet or beat promised delivery times.
• Maintain a clean vehicle appearance and wear the required uniform.
• Manage time on the road and in-store to reduce customer wait times.
• Create positive rapport with customers in person, over the phone, and at their homes.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Understand and embody the mission to take pizza personally and build loyalty.
• Greet customers, take orders, and prepare meals.
• Provide excellent service with respect, dignity, and courtesy.
• Work as part of a team to achieve high standards and accurate orders.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and safety precautions.
