Job summary

Jack’s Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers in Indianapolis to deliver orders promptly and courteously. You’ll be cross-trained in-store operations and expected to maintain a positive, professional appearance.

Pay ranges from $11.10 to $13.62 per hour with weekly direct deposit, cash paid daily, and delivery reimbursements that update with gas prices. Benefits include no early mornings, earned vacation time, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly and enthusiastically.
• Be time sensitive to promised times and meet or beat them.
• Maintain vehicle presentation and wear the uniform.
• Manage time on road and in store to reduce customer wait times and build loyalty.
• Create positive rapport with customers in-store, on phones, and at homes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Greet customers, take orders, and prepare meals.
• Provide excellent service with respect and courtesy.
• Work as part of a team to meet high standards.
• Ensure order accuracy and complete orders.
• Follow cash handling procedures and safety precautions.
