Burning Tree Country Club is seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our Culinary Team. You will prepare high-quality pizzas, manage dough, operate pizza ovens, and ensure food safety and presentation to meet the Club's standards.

As a key kitchen team member, you will collaborate with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, delivering consistent results and maintaining professionalism during peak service periods.

Competenze

• Three years of culinary experience preferred.
• Experience with pizzas in a professional kitchen.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume club setting.
• Knowledge of dough preparation and toppings.

Mansioni

• Prepare and execute pizzas according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Prepare, portion, stretch, and shape pizza dough to ensure consistent quality.
• Prepare pizza sauces, cheeses, toppings, and other ingredients according to Club recipes.
• Operate and maintain pizza oven, ensuring proper temperature control, cooking times, and food quality.
• Monitor pizzas throughout the cooking process to ensure proper doneness, crust consistency, and presentation.
• Maintain proper dough storage, proofing, rotation, and handling procedures.
• Organize and maintain mise en place to ensure efficient preparation and execution during service.
• Execute Member orders accurately and efficiently, including special requests and dietary modifications.
