Burning Tree Country Club is seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our Culinary Team. You will prepare pizzas, manage dough, operate pizza ovens, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and presentation for Members and guests.

We value strong culinary fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Private club experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing pizzas in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of pizza ovens and temperature control.
• Strong culinary fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain quality, presentation, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute pizzas according to recipes and standards.
• Stretch and shape dough to ensure quality and appearance.
• Prepare sauces, cheeses, toppings per club recipes.
• Operate and maintain pizza ovens and ensure proper temps.
• Monitor pizzas for doneness and presentation during service.
• Maintain dough storage, rotation and mise en place.
