Job summary

Andy’s Pizza DC/MD/VA is seeking a Pizza Cook to prepare pizzas, salads and starters. You will handle inventory rotation, food prep, cleanliness and teamwork to ensure orders are accurate and guests are delighted. Collaboration with front-of-house is essential to deliver a superior dining experience.

Ideal candidates are friendly, flexible, detail-oriented and able to take direction. Weekend availability and knowledge of food safety are preferred.

Responsibilities

Inventory Rotation: Ensure proper rotation of inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment.
Food Preparation: Prepare and present dishes following all recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain an organized and clean environment.
Follow all cleaning procedures, schedules, and checklists.
Maintain kitchen equipment, reporting deficiencies promptly.
Follow appropriate food handling procedures and standards.
Customer Service: Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide hospitality.
Teamwork: Collaborate with coworkers to provide a best-in-class experience.
