Responsibilities include preparing and cooking pizzas to order, stretching and baking dough, monitoring ovens, and maintaining a clean, sanitary workstation. Prior pizza experience and a food handler certification (or willingness to obtain one) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pizza restaurant is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Familiarity with dough handling, toppings prep, and oven operation is a plus.
• Must maintain food quality and consistency.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Cook pizzas and menu items to order, following recipes.
• Stretch, top, and bake dough with ovens for speed and consistency.
• Monitor oven temperatures and cook times for perfect results.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Assist with prep including slicing, portioning, and stocking.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth service during peak hours.
• Follow food safety guidelines and health code compliance.
