Job summary

Ian's Pizza Milwaukee is seeking a friendly Pizza Cook to hand-stretch dough, top, and bake legendary NY-style pies. No prior experience required; we offer clear paths for growth, ongoing training, and opportunities for promotion in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Part-time or full-time hours are available. You’ll join a supportive crew, earn tips, and enjoy benefits such as health and dental insurance, PTO, a retirement match, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizza from dough to toppings and bake.
• Keep work area clean and well-stocked.
• Work with team to complete shift checklists.
• Support kitchen and restaurant operations as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and growth opportunities.

About the Role

Impress your friends and family with your pizza-making skills! From hand-stretching dough to topping and baking, we'll teach you everything you need to cook up one heck of a pizza pie. You'll also keep your area clean and well-stocked, work with the team to complete shift checklists, and you'll pitch in where needed to keep the kitchen and restaurant running smoothly.

No experience required, though previous line cook, dough-stretching, or pizza-making experience is a huge plus! We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for promotion.

Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

Job Requirements

• Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
• Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.
• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably with team and customers.

Pizza Cook Scheduling

East Side is open Sunday-Thursday 11AM-Midnight, Friday & Saturday 11AM-2:30AM. Typical shift times include lunches (9:30am/10:30am-5:30pm/6:30pm), non-closing dinners (4pm-11pm), weekday closes (5:30pm-1:30am), and weekend late night closes (10/11pm-4am).

One late night shift per week is required; late night shifts are Friday or Saturday from 10pm or 11pm-4am.

Ideal candidates are available for weekday and weekend closing shifts.

Part-time or full-time hours are available.
