Ian's Pizza is hiring delivery drivers in Milwaukee, WI. We offer part-time and full-time positions with an hourly pay range of $22–$27, plus tips and bonuses. Expect active shifts, fast-paced environment, and opportunities to grow with on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include packing orders, delivering, taking calls, and assisting with kitchen tasks when off the road. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license and insurance, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Able to stand or walk for long periods; this is an active job.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up stairs/doors.
• Able to tolerate allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and restaurant equipment.
• Able to work in loud, fast-paced environments.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Take phone and online orders and enter into the system.
• Assist with packing, cleaning, stocking, and basic prep when not on the road.

About the Role

You'll prepare and pack up orders (including finishing, cutting pies and mixing delivery salads!), load them in your car, and zip around town. You'll also take phone and online orders, enter them into the system, and help with cleaning, dishes, checklists, and stocking in the restaurant when you are not on the road.

No experience required, though previous delivery or customer service experience is a huge plus. We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for promotion.

What We're Looking For

• Must pass the driver eligibility check and have a valid driver license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time. This is an active job!
• Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly and to carry up to 50lbs up and down stairs, to front doors, etc.
• Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other equipment of the restaurant biz.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures and delivering in variable weather conditions.
• Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.
• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably with team and customers.

Delivery Driver Scheduling

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

East Side is open Sunday-Thursday 11AM-Midnight and Friday & Saturday 11AM-2:30AM. Typical shift times delivery drivers include lunch (10:30am-5:30pm), weekday dinner (5pm-1:30am), weekend dinner (4-10pm), and weekend late night (5/10pm-4am).

One late night shift per week is required; late night shifts are Friday or Saturday from 5pm or 10pm until 4am.

The action happens on evenings and weekends! The ovens are roaring, the line's bumping, and the energy's high. So, we'll need you in the mix.
