We are looking to hire a Pizza Cook for our team at Good Pie Henderson!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete tasks assigned in a timely efficient manner.
• Monitor food quality during cooking and adjust cooking times and temperatures as needed to ensure consistent quality.
• Communicate all kitchen related needs to Chef or Manager.
• Complete tasks assigned in a timely efficient manner.
• Cook and plate all pizza according to specifications.
• Ensures all pizza ingredients have been weighed and measured accurately.
• Manages the quality of pizza items and stores pizza products correctly (FIFO).
• Must be able to assist with cleaning projects.
• Cook and plate all food according to recipe specifications.
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
• Restock station when necessary.
• Assist at another station when necessary.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Assists in control of inventory and supplies.
• All other duties assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for extended periods.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
• Must be able to bend or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.

Skills / Experience

• At least one (1-2) years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays when required.
