Qualifications

• 2+ years of made-from-scratch pizza experience, including hand-stretching dough.
• Ability to work early mornings, nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Reliable, disciplined, and focused under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and develop pizza skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough consistently and according to Parry's standards.
• Prepare and execute pizzas with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation expectations consistently.
• Understand proper dough handling, bake quality, and pizza finishing techniques.
• Maintain organized stations, prep levels, and kitchen readiness throughout the shift.
• Communicate clearly with BOH teammates during high-volume service.
• Support overall kitchen flow by assisting with prep, cleanup, and station support.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Balance speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality or consistency.
• Take pride in the craft, discipline, and technical execution of the pizza station.
• Accountable for line checks, taste, temps.
• Cross-trained into other stations to support kitchen operations.
