Responsibilities

• Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough consistently.
• Prepare and execute pizzas with accuracy and speed.
• Follow recipes, portions, and presentation.
• Maintain organized stations and kitchen readiness.
• Communicate with BOH during high-volume service.
• Assist with prep, cleanup, and station support.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Cross-train into other stations as needed.
• Support kitchen operations and line checks.
