Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes.
• Operate the Dough-Pro machine and support line checks.
• Complete prep par sheets each shift and perform station opening/closing and side work duties.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
