California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pizza Chef dedicated to upholding the highest standards of food quality and sanitation. You will ensure timely pizza preparation, operate the Dough-Pro machine, and support line checks and prep sheets across shifts in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of pizzas per station recipes.
• Expertise with the Dough-Pro machine.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties.
