Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pizza Chef to bring California creativity to every guest while upholding the CPK High 5 culture. You will ensure top-notch pizza quality, sanitation, and timely preparation on the line.

Three to six months of related experience or training is required. We offer full and part-time opportunities with training and room for advancement in a diverse, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of pizzas and station items.
• Operate and master the Dough-Pro machine.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
• Open/close the station and perform side work duties each shift.
