Job summary

PaPi (Pasta & Pizza) in Midtown Manhattan is hiring a Pizzaiolo / Kitchen Prep to join our fast-paced Italian eatery. You’ll craft pizzas, help with kitchen prep, and contribute to friendly, high-energy service for lunch and dinner crowds.

We’re seeking a motivated team member with a passion for great hospitality, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in on prep and station upkeep. Immediate start; 5 days a week; evenings; $22/hour with pooled tips.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or culinary roles.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to handle both pizza making and kitchen prep.

Responsibilities

• Top and bake pizzas to order with stocked prep stations.
• Greet guests with high energy, take orders, answer questions, and deliver NYC hospitality.
• Help prepare fresh ingredients, assemble light menu items, and maintain quality standards.
• Keep counter, kitchen and floor areas spotless and compliant with NYC health codes.

We’re Hiring: Pizzaiolo / Kitchen Prep at PaPi (Midtown NYC). . PaPi (Pasta & Pizza) is looking for a multi-talented Pizzaiolo & Team Member who brings great energy, serious hospitality, and a strong work ethic to our fast-paced Italian eatery in Midtown Manhattan.. If you take pride in being a great pizza maker, love engaging with guests, and are happy to jump in on kitchen prep work to keep the food station running smoothly, you'll fit right in.. .

What You’ll Do.

• Pizza & Food Station Prep: Top and bake pizzas to order while keeping prep stations stocked with fresh ingredients, sauces, and toppings..
• Customer Service: Greet guests with high energy, take orders at the counter, answer menu questions, and deliver top-tier NYC hospitality to our Midtown lunch and dinner crowds..
• General Kitchen Prep: Help prepare fresh ingredients, assemble light menu items (salads, appetizers, pasta prep), and maintain food quality standards..
• Station Upkeep: Keep the counter, kitchen and floor areas spotless, organized, and compliant with NYC health and safety codes..

We Offer a competitive hourly rate + pooled tips.
