Job summary

Pizza 4P’s Corporation seeks an experienced Operations Chef to lead Back-of-House for our first U.S. store in Brooklyn.

You will elevate kitchen craftsmanship, oversee daily BOH execution, and build a high-performing team including the Cheese Production group, all while upholding our artisanal pizza and house-made cheese standards. Qualifications

• Experience leading Back-of-House operations in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong production planning and team leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with food safety standards (ServSafe or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead all BOH culinary operations to maintain exceptional food quality, safety, and consistency.
• Oversee pizza production, dough management, cheese preparation, and kitchen workflow.
• Directly manage the Kitchen Manager and Pizza Manager to ensure standards and execution.
• Oversee Cheese Production including daily mozzarella and burrata production, planning, quality, and team development.
• Own production management: batch planning, yield and waste tracking, scaling processes with growth.
• Build and coach a high-performing BOH team through training and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. food safety standards and local health codes.
