PIER BEVERAGE LLC in Wildwood is seeking a reliable Pizza Maker to prepare and cook pizzas to recipes and customer preferences in a fast-paced kitchen. You will ensure quality, consistency, and appealing presentation of every pizza that leaves the kitchen.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous pizza-making or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in pizza making or kitchen roles preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas to recipes and customer preferences.
• Stretch and shape dough for crust consistency.
• Add and arrange toppings, sauces, and cheeses.
• Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently.
• Ensure pizzas are cooked to proper temperature and delivered timely.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ingredient ordering.
• Handle dietary requests as needed.
