Job summary

Google LLC in Mountain View, CA is seeking a North America Pixel Launch and Product Lead to guide strategic initiatives across product and launch efforts. The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to drive the Phone business in North America.

You will lead a high-impact team coordinating launch readiness, prioritizing initiatives, and partnering with regional teams to align plans with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a tech company.
• 2 years of experience managing or leading teams.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team and Pixel Portfolio product and launch duties, developing subject matter expertise to guide sales and craft executive presentations.
• Ensure clear communication of priorities, distilling complex insights for senior leadership and building strong stakeholder relationships to drive organizational alignment.
• Manage efficient business processes and lead the planning and narrative of the North American Strategic Gate reviews for senior leadership.
• Own the end-to-end launch planning program, driving launch readiness by collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and resolve issues.
• Forge strong partnerships with regional category managers, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between organizational plans and overarching goals.
