Live Nation Entertainment in Pittsburgh is seeking an Ancillary Revenue Manager for Citizens Live at The Wylie on a part-time basis. You will oversee VIP upgrades, coat check, premier parking, and merchandise upsell, coordinating with the box office and venue staff.

You will leverage SevenRooms, Chexology, Square and Arctics to optimize inventory, pricing and promotional opportunities, while handling payroll inputs and exploring new revenue streams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, oversee, and assist upsell staff during shows.
• Coordinate with box office and staff on upsell inventory and issues.
• Oversee sale and inventory of venue-brand merchandise.
• Provide staff payroll and tip input for upsell roles.
• Suggest pricing strategies and new revenue streams to leadership.
