Job summary

Midwest Direct is seeking Mail Sorters to join our Pittsburgh office. This is a part-time, day-shift position with a base pay of $13.00 per hour and the potential to earn up to $14.50 per hour with incentives.

You will work on a team in a fast-paced environment, sort mail, check barcodes and zip codes, and ensure accuracy. Must pass background check and drug test; weekly pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Basic comprehension & understanding of the English language to follow safety protocols and other operational directions.
• The ability to see and read numbers & letters with proficiency and understanding.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Mailroom, machine operation experience or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working on a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Removing mail from the machine and sorting it into the appropriate locations.
• Checking for accuracy in bar codes and zip codes.
• Putting the correct mail in the right mail tray
• Perform all additional duties as required

Job duties include:

• Working on a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Removing mail from the machine and sorting it into the appropriate locations.
• Checking for accuracy in bar codes and zip codes.
• Putting the correct mail in the right mail tray

Schedule:

• Part time
• Flexible hours

Compensation:

• Base pay of $13.00 hourly
• Attendance and production incentives provides the opportunity to make up to $14.50 hourly!
