The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in building or property maintenance, with knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of building or property maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform routine to moderately complex repairs independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license.
• Experience using maintenance software and documenting work orders.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and routine system checks.
• Complete painting, light carpentry, plumbing repairs, and general property maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency service calls while maintaining accurate work order documentation.
• Coordinate vendor work, assist with maintenance records, and communicate repair needs.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and provide professional service to tenants and property personnel.
