DBC REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT LLC in Penn Hills, PA is hiring an Experienced Maintenance Technician II for a multi-family community. You will be responsible for the overall appearance and maintenance of the property, with skills across carpentry, interior/exterior maintenance, appliance repairs, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC a plus.

This role requires strong troubleshooting, excellent customer service, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with 1–2 years in facility maintenance or mechanical repair.
Valid driver’s license from the state of residence required.

Responsibilities

Receives requests for service maintenance, prioritizes work orders and handles each efficiently.
Performs minor electrical repairs and replacement of light fixtures and related items.
Diagnoses and repairs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units; performs preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
Repairs and replaces kitchen appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, washers, and dryers.
Plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations including leaks and clogs.
Make-ready projects for vacant units and repairs to locks and other items.
Maintains pools and landscape as needed to meet property standards.
Adheres to safety policies and maintains a safe work environment.
Works irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Operates a vehicle to transport tools between sites.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
