Job summary

RRD is seeking a Presentation Associate for a 3rd shift, hybrid role requiring one onsite day per week (Thursday) in Wheeling, WV. You will deliver presentation design support, mainly using PowerPoint, to ensure client branding and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include reviewing requests, editing documents, coordinating workflows, and maintaining quality. Candidates should have strong MS Office skills and be detail-oriented to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year presentation experience preferred in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong keyboarding and typing skills.
• Familiar with PDF editing and Creative Suite tools.

Responsibilities

• Use logs and tracking software for all presentation work.
• Assess requests and ensure task completion through lifecycle.
• Create and edit presentation materials using PowerPoint and other tools.
• Edit and format documents to client standards and styles.
• Troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues.
• Communicate with team and client on deadlines.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery.
• Perform Quality Assurance on own and teammates' work.
• Adhere to company and client policies; work efficiently.
