Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Wheeling, WV, seeks a Presentation Associate to provide presentation services for clients. The role is a 3rd shift, Monday-Thursday, 9:30pm-8am, with a hybrid arrangement requiring one onsite day per week on Thursdays.

Responsibilities include using logs/tracking software, reviewing requests, creating and editing pitch books and documents to support the client’s brand, coordinating intake/workflow, and leveraging PowerPoint daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year presentations experience preferred in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio as examples).
• Familiar with Adobe PDF & Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong attention to detail; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs/tracking software for all presentation work.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion of tasks throughout lifecycle.
• Create and edit presentation materials to support client brands; manage intake/workflow; use PowerPoint frequently.
• Edit or create documents to client satisfaction using established formats.
• Troubleshoot basic software/hardware problems.
• Communicate with team members, supervisors or clients on deadlines.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery.
• Perform Quality Assurance on own or others’ work.
• Adhere to company and client policies.
• Use equipment and supplies cost-effectively.
