Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Dallas distribution center is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move products efficiently with powered equipment and support shipping, receiving, and stocking activities. You will operate forklifts and other PIT equipment, perform equipment checks, and assist in daily warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent teamwork and reliability are essential as you handle order fulfillment, packing, and labeling while adhering to Ulta Beauty policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must complete training and obtain certification in assigned equipment area.

Responsibilities

• Operates powered industrial trucks (forklifts, order selectors, dock stockers, pallet jacks) and can certify on equipment as needed.
• Performs daily checks on equipment prior to operating.
• Accurately picks and packs orders using established work practices.
• Restocks picking bins based on warehouse management system reporting.
• Sorts, counts, and receives all merchandise accurately.
• Uses RF/hand scanners to direct work (pick, pack, receive, move).
• Loads or unloads trucks and labels product as needed.
• Keeps storage spaces organized and maintains safety, quality standards.
